The Frag Legend:

We thought there would be 4 or 5 people in the running for this award but one individual has been voted head and shoulders above everyone. This person is recognised as being one of the most consistent players in the clan. His aim is always true and he consistently achieves a high level of kills in CoD 4 often appearing at the top of the points at the end of a round. His ability to ‘Monitor’ (or camp) areas of map looking for opportunities to rack kills is exceptional.

The n00blar Maximus:

The voting for this next award was extremely close and very competitive indeed. We ended up having a 4 way tie and decided the only fair way to resolve this was to instigate a play off. The play off took place on Friday night at i37 and involved Gapp, Mystic Donut, SadMadBrad and Bockaaarck. The ‘free for all’ CoD4 round on Bog was pretty tense, with the lead switching a number of times through the round. Things look set for a Mystic Donut win, with him leading in the final minute. However, Donut had only just finisded uttering the famous last words “you’ve gotta find me first…” when he was promptly knifed by Brad! This meant that Brad won the play off by the slimmest of margins and can now be hailed as the winning the most coveted award of all.

The 'Wise Guy':

This next award was again close, with a number of members being picked out by the clan as being the cheeky chappy. This was another category with an initial tied result. It was decided that there would again be a play off and this took place on Saturday 8th of August between EllisDee and SadMadBrad. The tension was pretty evident in this one, both creeping and checking each corner through the map.

After a long day and a tough final play off we can now announce that the winner of the SC Wise Guy award is EllisDee – EllisDee received some quality Pink Fluffy Dice which he can now hang from his monitor! EllisDee also received a £20 Play.com voucher

The SC "OG" - Original Gamer:

This category was put it really recognise someone who is always putting in effort, making suggestions, working behind the scenes and helping to make the clan a better more accessible place. I think I can say that the person who has won this award is considered by all to be SC from the sole of his shoes to the top of his head.

SC Hard Hat:

This clan member is a real pleasure to have in game and play with. Always working away, always coming back for more and working hard. Their gaming has without a doubt improved and their skills increased because they knuckle down and get on with it. Someone who has really been recognised within the clan for being an all round player with a lot to offer.

It was also fantastic to see him turn up at i37 on his bike, it is a real pleasure to award the SC Hard Hat award for recognition of his on-going effort to Gapp! - Gapp receives a £20 Play.com voucher

Big Brother:

This award was again pretty tight but as we received more votes an outright winner became clear. This is a clan member who has shown fantastic commitment to the cause, regularly playing on the servers, and encouraging others through their involvement in matches and the like. They are an exceptional player who can beat the very best thrown at them on C0D4, L4D and other games. What really makes them stand out is that they share they knowledge and skills, giving tips and pointers to everyone. They are never too big for their boots and regularly stir others in to action when its need (in particular with match involvement).

The award for SC Big Brother goes to a respected and valued member of the clan, who with patience and good humour puts up with us all – Ringo1 - Ringo received a £20 Play.com voucher

Everyones favourite n00b:

In reality this award is to recognise all of those new members and say thanks and well done for helping to make this clan a great thing to be a part of .We are always pleased to see new members of the clan getting stuck in and enjoying the fun. We’ve been particularly lucky over the last year to have had some great new members join us. This person has really gone the whole hog to get involved and has committed to playing in clan matches and has frequently been online on our servers making sure they’re involved as much as they can be.

Bone Master:

Ever since L4D arrived on the scenes it’s become quite a firm favourite among SC members. There are a group of clan members who play this game regularly, they live and love it. Now there does seem to be one member (fnar) who excels in his ability to kill zombies, take down Francis from behind and generally revel in Zombie massacres!

The Service Cross:

This was yet another close award, with a couple of people running neck and neck up to the end of voting. This winner of this award is known for being exceptional at playing both CoD4 and WaW. His map knowledge is great and he has all the tactics pinned right down. It’s always a positive having him on your side in a match and his playing ability is a real credit to the clan.

Five Star General:

Company of heroes is a game that requires special skills and talents. I know there are a core group of the clan who play this game regularly. It can take a lot of careful planning and tactics to win a battle in this game and this clan member has been recognised for his skills as a commander and leader. His placement of troops and vehicles on the battlefield is the key to why he’s been voted the SC 5 Star General.

He is also a great guy to have online playing any game so it’s great to reveal that the clans 5 Star General is Raverman – Raverman recieved a "Bullshit Alarm" and a £20 Play.com voucher

CS:S Top Dog:

CS is the game that really got a lot of people in to FPS games, it is still a classic and loved by many. This was yet another award that was run exceptionally close, with the award being decided by one vote. This person really showed their talents at CSS from when they first joined the clan. They could always be found on the server, fraging folks and keeping the rest of us honest on Dust 2 and other maps. This is the arena that honed their skills and that shows now that their new favourite is CoD4. Someone who has been a credit to the clan for their great attitude and being committed to making the clan work.
